We are at that point during the summer in which lots of people take summer holidays. We encourage them to continue with fitness during that time. High blood pressure , diabetes , myocardial infarction ( heart attack) doesn’ t take a holiday. Just because you are on holidays doesn’t mean you forget the laws of a healthy lifestyle. It’s okay to eat and drink but remember how are hard you worked at the gym. When it comes to fitness keep it simple and flexible with no pressure. Incorporate fitness into your daily plans ( walking , swimming , beach volley, yoga etc.). Most of all take a mental vacation and add meditation.
