RISE & GRIND BOOTCAMP
This early morning workout will start your day off with energy! Leading you through several intensity strength and cardio exercises as well as many elements introduced from the TRX and spinning this Bootcamp is designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories.
SHRED & BURN BOOTCAMP
This Bootcamp is a fully functional session that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Like all the sessions this Bootcamp will push you harder then you could push yourself. Whether you are trying to lose weight or tone up this Bootcamp will meet all your needs.
This Bootcamp is geared to the client who wants to challenge themselves a bit more, 60 minutes of high intensity movements that will challenge you physically and mentally. While engaging in a full body workout this class will push your body to fatigue.
TRX CONDITIONING BOOTCAMP
Welcome to the largest TRX facility in Canada. Aftershok Performance Fitness has the best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

CORE SPIN BOOTCAMP
The Aftershok Core Spin session is a great way to get a vigorous workout burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Our instructors will take the clients through phases, warm up, up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool downs. You have control of the resistance on your bike to make pedalling as easy or difficult as you choose. Core Spin adds intervals of abdominal exercises and resistance training, the result of this session is a full body workout!
SPIN & SCULPT BOOTCAMP
This high energy session of endurance and power incorporates intervals of Spinning, Skipping and Sculpting exercises. With the use of spinning bikes, ropes and resistant bands this class will sculpt your muscles and increase your cardio endurance.
SPIN PUSH & PULL BOOTCAMP
This combo class consists of Spin and TRX. Start with high energy spinning to get your heart rate up and sweat dripping and then transition to the TRX Suspension Trainer for a core-centred full-body toning workout, followed by deep stretching. This class burns calories, tones muscles and delivers results!
