TRX MPACT

Designed for members who want a strength-focused workout that will help them build power and increase performance. TRX MPact classes emphasizes the development of quality functional strength, while increasing lean muscle mass.

SHRED & BURN

Shred & Burn is a 45 minute Full-Body, Functional session that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Shred & Burn will push you hard by providing a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises. You can’t help but sweat in this session. Whether you are trying to lose weight/fat or tone up, Shred & Burn will meet all of your needs. All levels are encouraged.

SPIN/CORE

Spin/Core is a 45 minute, faster-paced session with fewer periods of rest compared to a standard classes. This workout is considered a cardio+core workout. It involves up-tempo spin cadences, sprints and hill climbs and  with Core we will do specific exercises that will target and train the entire midsection of your body which includes your stomach muscles, your hips, your butt, your lower back as well your side obliques and adductors. Working out your core this way will give you optimum results and the sculpted look you desire.

WEIGHTS ONLY BOOT CAMP

Weights Only Boot Camp is a 45 minute session, focusing on dumbbells, barbells and/or kettlebells. The objective of this session is to give our clients the opportunity to lift heavier and slower with the emphasis on form and technique. Weights Only Boot Camp focuses on squats, chest press, shoulder press, back rows and other functional movements. All levels are encouraged.

BOXING BOOT CAMP

Boxing Boot Camp is a 45 minute, highly explosive workout. Each client will learn the basic moves in boxing (jabs, upper cuts, hooks). The sessions are divided into 2 and 3 minutes rounds and is an excellent way of breaking up your Boot Camp routine by adding something completely different. All levels are encouraged. Boxing gloves are required.
