The 2 best excuses for not going to the gym.

My top 2 best excuses for not going to the gym that I have heard from my clients;

 

  1.  Must Moisturize. L “I don’t have any lotion and I’m far too ashy ( dry skin) to go out in public.”

      2. You’re Too Relaxed. “I think my favorite quote of all time from a client was, ‘I am so sorry I can’t work out. I had a massage yesterday and I don’t want to mess that up,” .
